Code Of Conduct

 

  1. Our Values
    • Respect & Dignity: Treat all beneficiaries, fellow volunteers, and community members with kindness and respect.
    • Integrity: Act honestly and responsibly in all activities.
    • Safety & Care: Prioritize safe practices when handling donations, transporting goods, or assisting with renovations.
    • Collaboration: Work together with other volunteers, staff, and partners to achieve our mission.
    • Commitment to Youth Development: Support disadvantaged students and schools with compassion and dedication.
  1. Volunteer Conduct
  • Volunteers must follow instructions provided by MeToo Foundation coordinators.
  • Volunteers must not engage in discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that undermines the dignity of others.
  • Volunteers must respect property, equipment, and resources of the Foundation and its partners.
  • Volunteers must maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information they encounter.
  • Volunteers must avoid representing the Foundation in political, religious, or personal agendas.
  1. Safety & Risk Disclaimer
  • Participation is voluntary. By joining, volunteers acknowledge that they are offering their time and services freely.
  • Volunteers understand that activities may involve physical effort, transportation, lifting, renovations, distribution of goods, or any activity dealing with the NPO which carry inherent risks.
  • Volunteers agree that they are participating at their own risk.
  • The MeToo Foundation, its Board, members, and staff are not liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damagethat may occur during volunteer activities.
  • Volunteers are responsible for their own personal health, safety, and insurance coverage.
  • Volunteers must immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents to the Foundation coordinators.
  1. Commitment

By signing or submitting the volunteer form, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understood the MeToo Foundation Code of Conduct & Values.
  • I agree to abide by these principles while volunteering.
  • I accept that I am volunteering at my own risk and release the MeToo Foundation from liability for any injury or loss.
