Based in KwaDukuza, we operate under the spirit of “Count Me In,” serving as a catalyst for collective action between businesses, government, and local communities.

The spirit of “Count Me In” is more than a slogan—it is a lived experience for the schools, partners, and communities we serve. From infrastructure to emotional resilience, our work is creating ripples of change that are felt far beyond the classroom.
As an educator, I approached the foundation for assistance at Mbekamuzi Secondary school. The foundation went over and above to assist us. We didn't have beds in our sick room, lots of broken windows and leaking roofs, broken doors as well some of our kids having challenges with purchasing hygiene products. MeToo came through for us and helped us not only with these issues but also have committed to partnering with us and helping us wherever they can. MeToo Foundation is a formally registered Non-Profit Organisation with NPO number: 317-883 NPO. We are also Section 18A tax approved, which means we are authorized to issue tax rebate invoices to donors, allowing them to claim deductions on qualifying donations
We support the "whole child." Beyond providing physical resources like desks and stationery, we champion mental wellness, nutrition, and life coaching to ensure students are emotionally and physically equipped to learn.
As a registered NPO, we maintain strict financial oversight. 100% of public donations directly fund student programs and school infrastructure. All expenditures are reviewed by an independent accounting officer to ensure total transparency.
We are based in KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal, but our mission extends to isolated and economically disadvantaged regions across South Africa where basic school necessities are often a "distant luxury."
